The Matrix is a futuristic, action packed, special effects-laden new movie starring Keanu Reeves, Lawrence Fishburne and Hugo Weaving. The film was shot in Sydney last year at Fox Studios and around the city. Opening in Australia on April 8th, the soundtrack is a high octane blast of electronica and hard rock artists - some new tracks, some old - which should suit the mood of the film perfectly. The first single to be released will be 'Rock Is Dead' by Marilyn Manson.
